Features：

High capacity, low consumption: power of main machine is 33KW, the capacity of the same type product increases about 30% and energy consumption reduces by about 30%;
No mechanical iron, no secondary pollution;
Simple operation, convenient maintenance: It takes about 20 minutes for a person to replace the hammerhead inside the machine;
The abrasion resistance of special hammerhead is 3~8 times higher than the manganese steel hammer, long service life: the hammerhead should change one time every 300~700 tons, the cover plate should change one time every 15000~20000 tons;
Finished product is cube shape, elongated particles is extremely low, the 80% of finished product is round shape.

Fine particle, low consumption: according to the structure of raw ore, the consumption of raw ore smaller than 140 mesh is 3%~10%.
