The Feature of Horizontal Slurry Magnetic Separator is that separating turntable installed horizontally and revolves around vertical axis among magnetic pole to separate magnetic materials from non-magnetic material. Multi stage high gradient magnetic field is used to separate weak magnetic form strong magnetic and coarse fraction mixed minerals form fine-graded minerals respectively. Especially apply to fine-graded minerals (-325 mesh), fully improve grade and yielding of concentrate and lower grade of tailing.
Application：
The machine apply to recycle or remove fine-graded weakly magnetic minerals: Metallic mineral such as hematite, limonite, ilmenite, ferrous manganese ore, etc. Nonmetallic mineral such as Feldspar ore, Quartz sand, Super White Sand, etc.
